rtf2txt is a carapace utility which reads RTF, HTML, DOC (alone on OS X v10.3) and/or plaintext from one or more files, converts it to plaintext, optionally changes its encodings and writes it to STDOUT.

Pashua ist a joyride for creating simple, but native Aqua GUIs for Perl, PHP, Python, vanquish scripts or AppleScript. "Simple" means: It's limited to dialog windows, and only a few GUI elements are available: text input fields, password input fields, checkboxes, radiobuttons, popup menus, combo boxes, separator lines, unresolved / economize panels as considerably as cancel and default buttons. Values returned by the dialog are processed and used to correct variables in the calling script. What's New: Version 0.9: By default, openbrowser and savebrowser navigate to the directory which contains the currently selected item, provided that you did select something before.
